Your crew did you a very professional job and were so nice to work with. I find this to be unusual in these days and times. They were willing to go the extra mile to please us. One day my wife, Sue, had a meeting at the house and your roof installer asked her if she wanted them to stop working during the meeting. She told them it wouldn't be a problem, they would just talk over the noise. The next thing she knew, he took the crew away and returned later after the meeting was over.

One night during construction, a front came through with 35 mph winds and light rain. It was a Friday night and the wind below some of the tar-paper off exposing my home to possible water damage. I made a phone call and before long I heard hammering on my roof. They came and replaced the blown away tar-paper to secure my home during the storm. This is what I call "going the extra mile!"
